Strong As A Mother

Choose strength
When your pain
Surges like blood through veins,
Like perpetual punches to the gut,
A breath by breath new depth of low
To newer sorrow,
Release the woe
So you can grow.
I’m Trying to be strong,
To strengthen myself through faith,
Yielding to Christ,
Praying to the miracle maker:
The mountain and boulder remover.
Not even death could subdue
The possibilities inside His Truth:
The truth of restoration over disease,
The One whose breath we breathe,
Though in pain, it’s brief.
But so is life.
So we make the most of things.
I’ve learned this from a momma who gives me strength.
I wanna be strong like my mom:
A fearless dove in the storm.
Facing forward
To the savior,
The One who saved her so many times
Will deliver her once more,
And freshen her testimony in the war.
Because she knows pain is not in vain,
God will use this victory to honor His name!
What an amazing job! I love them all.
